Our Composition Competition has ended and the results are in!

After receiving over thirty entries, Musical Director Robert Brooks selected a shortlist of 6 pieces, all of which were featured in our Summer Concert on 20th June. 

These pieces were:

Diptych: Either Side Of Eternity – John Featherstone

What Would The World Be – Mark Lawrence

 After careful consideration between Robert and panelist Joanna Marsh, the winner and runners up are

  •  Winner: Diptych: Either Side Of Eternity – John Featherstone
  •  Runners up: To Me Fair Friend – Paul Ayres and My Spirit Sang All Day – Benedict Collins Rice

Congratulations to the winner and runners up! All three winning works will be featured on the recording and awarded complimentary Dorico Pro licenses.

We are incredibly grateful to all who entered the competition – there were many high quality entries and it was very difficult to choose winners.

We are very much looking forward to sharing our disc with you when it is released. Watch this space!
